The kitchen and dining area are separate to the living space, giving the feeling of two separate zones. The kitchen has a custom timber island butchers block with built in drawers, the workspace sits behind with copper splashback with laundry and walk-in pantry behind.

 

Relax in the living space with a cosy couch, plenty of coffee table books to flick through while enjoying the treetop outlook across the reserve or the greenery of the fern garden through the glazing. This room is filled with light throughout the day as the sun appears through different spots as it moves across the sky.

 

The master bedroom is fully clad in reclaimed cypress timber with a hidden doorway for quick access to the outdoor spa and skylight above the bed which allows you to watch the stars as you fall asleep. Calming ensuite, with grey textured subway tiles Brodware tapware and possibly the largest shower head you have ever seen.

 

The main bathroom is pink and fun with a fully tiled bathroom, including the bath plus Brodware shower and unique Robert Gordon sink perched on top of custom joinery.

 

While the bunk room features bespoke timber king single bunk beds and built-in desk, making it the perfect play space for your little ones. Front bedroom features a queen bed with an outlook to the front of the property.
